Position: Community Coordinator & Facilitator (Freelance Contract)
Fee / Allocation: £4,000 fixed fee (20 days @ £200/day)
Rota: 20 days spread across 9 weeks between end of October - December. May include weekend work.

Role Purpose:
Art Fest is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced freelance Community Coordinator & Facilitator with connections and active networks in Mansfield. The primary focus of this role is leading hands-on creative facilitation and inclusive community engagement. The successful candidate will act as the vital link between local residents and our creative team, bringing first-hand knowledge of Mansfield's people, places, and heritage into the project. Through interactive workshops and creative sessions, you will empower diverse local groups to directly shape the themes, briefs, and artistic direction of three major mural commissions.
